Absolutely not. Some courses are free, some courses are paid.  

Registered members enjoy discounts off several courses, whereas non-registered members pay the full course fee indicated. You can register as a free member or as a paid member (with greater membership benefits) by visiting this link.

Both membership types offer several benefits to members. Users who are paid members, however, will enjoy greater online learning discounts and other benefits such as discounted prices for live trainings, workshops and events. 

Access to any paid course is given immediately once payment is completed. If payment is done via Paypal, you should be redirected back to a “Thank you for your payment.” page, as confirmation of your successful purchase. You should see from your Dashboard that the said course is now classified as an Enrolled Course and now accessible to you.

All purchase related emails will be sent to your account email address. Purchase confirmation emails will not be sent to any other address. However, in the event that your Paypal ID is different from your account email, you may receive an additional notification email from Paypal (this is dependent on Paypal and not ARPA). Please also check the spam/junk folder of your email, in case our emails have inadvertently ended up there.

Courses

Unless explicitly specified in the course main page, there will not be any time limit or deadline for you to complete the enrolled course.

Sure! You can still access the course materials for a period of at least 24months after successful course completion.

No, only courses which are specified in its description in the course main page as having a certificate, will provide a certificate upon successful completion.

Certificates will not be delivered to your email. If available, you will be able to download them from the course main page upon your successful completion of the course.

We are a green campus, and will not be generating or sending you any printed course certificates.
